Exceptionally good room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast with a wide array of food. Had great location close to a metro station, so close to an urban park.

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms
During my recent stay at a hotel in Sao Paulo, I had a fantastic experience at a conveniently located boutique hotel. The hotel was situated just two blocks away from Paulista Avenue, making it a perfect choice for business travelers like me. The neighborhood, Jardins, was safe and pleasant, with attractions like the MASP museum and FIESP headquarters close by.
The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable stay. Although the rooms were cozy, they offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The staff was very carefull. I could do the early check in and late checkout even with the hotel full.
The buffet in the lunch was not good and it was pretty expensive. I asked for a double room and stayed in a twin room.

The Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel in Sao Paulo exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness to the modern decor. The location in the business district of Sao Paulo was perfect for my needs. Situated in the Jardins district, it was in a very quiet street just off the main Paulista Avenue, making it a safe and peaceful neighborhood even at night. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going out of their way to assist me. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a large shower cabin, were more than satisfactory. The breakfast offered was delicious and included in the price of the room.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.
Room size was very small for a Superior Double Room. It was not enough for one person, and definitely not for two people. Also, total cost for one night of 978.20 r$ is not justified for the size of room, facilities, comfort and quality of service and location at the hotel. The support staff was not friendly.

The location
The level of information available from front desk staff. They often gave us misinformation about the location of places and weren't even able to tell us where tourist information was - we found it by looking on the map. They also didn't have a map they could give us of the Centro area. It seemed that the only recommendations they gave us were for their friends restaurants and an overpriced private tour - no general information about other city tours. Very disappointing.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the city's bustling business center. It was also very close to the Trianon-MASP metro station on Avenida Paulista, and we found it incredibly easy to get around the city from here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were.
Everything is what we need and want.
